Roasting Notes: Start of first crack at about 3.5. First crack finishing up right at the end at 4.5.
Description: From Sweet Maria's Package: City to FC+. Lighter roasts have a surprisingly sweet cup, graham cracker, honey. FC/FC+ are pungent and bittersweet. Nice body, mild lemon finish.
